"When I first met James It was apparent from the very beginning that he has an amazing ability to see the best in people and help them realise what they are capable of. I approached James for some one on one therapy time having spent two years in twice weekly counselling sessions and realising that I was getting nowhere with my issues. I felt suffocated and lost and didnt know where to turn next. Through my counselling I had discovered the deep seated reasons for this but I had no idea how to fix it and move forward with my life and therefor was trapped . Work was a struggle and my long term relationship was on the verge of falling apart. The time a spent with James was life changing for me. "I first met James in 2014, I would never have known back then the amount of personal growth I would go through. James' training was something I'd never experienced before.
