Earlier this week I finished my 28 day Kickstart! And really, all I can say is WOW. Life feels so different.
There have been some awesome “external” changes:
I’ve lost 5.6 kilos. I no longer have acid reflux, I’m sleeping better, my energy is up, my skin is clear and I have a bit of a glow about me too!
People keep stopping me to say that I look “different”, “vibrant”, “healthy and happy” etc.
But the real change has been internal. For the first time in a really long time, I feel so positive about what I can actually achieve.
For so long, it felt like my health and my body were outside of my control.

When I started this journey I had no idea how hard or how easy it was going to be.
I went into this 28 Day Kickstart with one thought in my mind, and that was "I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT" due to a lot of Health Reasons.
I was being sick of being in and out of hospital 3 -4 time's a year, like for me, if it wasn't one thing it's another.
You helped me to lose 15 kg so far - I will always be grateful.
For all that you have done, the support, the motivation, and the encouragement every day.
For me this is just the beginning. My goal is to loose more kg and stay healthy as much as possible, and like Eric says...if u know u fuck up today, move forward and start tomorrow ;)

This marks just 2 month since I started my 28 Day Kickstart Program journey - from seing the promotion, to the 21 days, then the rest of my life!
I have settled into a daily pattern with my new food program.
I do at 3 outdoor bootcamp session a week and fit that in around 40-70hours of work.
Today I reached my goal weight of 120kg (down from 132kg) and now don’t really care if I lose anymore weight, I just want to keep feeling this healthy, strong and energetic - which really was my main goal at the beginning of it all!!
I don’t know that thank you accurately covers what I want to say to Coach Eric and all the members in this group - more that the best thank you you can give someone is the results of genuine personal growth / changed behavior.
So ‘thank you’ - I am a permanently changed man thanks to all of you!!!"
